My Sonos system is 3 years old and has, in the main, hassle free but in the last few days I have not been able to play on the whole system. I get a cannot connect error but if I go into system I can see all the speakers and adjust their settings etc. I just can’t play from the Home Screen to the system around my house.
any ideas?
Thanks

What app version are you using? The latest one is having a few teething problems. That, or users are having them.

It is the latest app but it was fine until the other day !
I’ve worked out that I can group speakers but not to my beams and associated ones / subs.
I have turned them off and on again (just the beams to be honest) with no effect but I can connect to everything via settings, just not playground. If I start a radio station in, say the kitchen (Move) it works in the hallway (2nd Gen One) but there is a 4 second delay to the Beams….
Thanks

JP.
