cant group my sonos era 100

I just bought a new sonos era 100 for my bedroom, it works as normal but refuses to group with my other rooms. Tried restarting all speakers, router and app. Any suggestions? I get the message: cant connect, try again later..

 

the other speakers i have is sub gen 3, arc, sonos one x2 and sonos one sl x2

 

edit: while my system is set for auto updates, it did not auto update. Sonos era updated when first connected while my other devices did not. Had to manually search for update and it fixed my problem.
