If you hadn’t done the factory reset and discarded all Your Sonos settings, services and lists you could just have set your new router to use the same SSID and password as your old unit and been back up and running.

After the Factory Reset you need to go through the new system setup, just like you did when you first got your Sonos devices.

If that doesn’t work look at the support FAQ to make sure your new router is set to a Sonos supported mode.

After hours of working on the speakers I finally was able to get all working but the sub woofer says unregistered because it wouldn’t take the pin manually or by photo.

Now my new problem is trying to get my One SL (2) speakers to turn up without sub woofer going up with them. They use to all work independently for volume but now do not. I don’t have them grouped together either, any suggestions?

Thank you
