Just purchased 2 sonos 100 speakers with combo Ethernet adaptors. They are still defaulting to wifi and when I look at the line in settings they are greyed out. How do I change from WiFi to Ethernet?

The speaker that shows “WM: 0” is in a wired setup. The other one is still in a wireless setup.

Disconnect the combo adapter from the “wireless” Era 100 and unplug it from power for a couple of minutes. Plug the adapter back in and make sure the ethernet cable is pushed all the way in. Then plug the speaker back in and wait a couple of minutes before checking to see if it switches to “WM: 0”.

Is there anything connected to the line-in on the adapter? If you go to Settings > System > About My System, do you see “WM: 0” or “WM: 1” under the Era 100s info?

Thank you! Issue resolved. I rewired the RJ45 connector on the wireless one and it worked.
