Help! I am about to return these Sonos Era 100s as *nothing* should be this difficult to set up and use!

Purchased 2x Sonos Era 100 sets (4 speakers total) after installing, uninstalling, rebooting, restarting for 2 days without so much as getting to be able to play a single song (much less pair them for home atereo) I am thoroughly annoyed; and rather than smashing them to bits in a rage and throwing them into the trash; I'm gonna try to return them. Utter garbage.

We need to know more about your device and network setup. Your issues are indicative of not following setup properly and/or network issues.


All steps were followed appropriately and devices were returned.  It's someone else's problem now.
