can’t pair my speakers

I have had a bit of a headache regarding my arc, because it’s connected to my tv a the sound starts to go out sometimes so I decided to reconfigure my system but now if I put my ones, sub and arc in pair mode I can config my arc but then I can’t connect the other ones and if I try to configure the Ones first I can connect the sub but not the arc. 
is there someone that can help me with this problem

It’s best to unpair and ungroup your speakers to begin with so that you have four separate Sonos rooms, one each for the Arc, One’s and Sub. Then go into the Arc room settings ‘Settings/System/[Arc room name]’ and then choose to separately add the 2 surrounds and Sub and see if that resolves your issue. The important early step though, is to begin the ‘bonded’ Home Theatre setup with all 4 speakers initially standalone and showing in their own rooms in the App.
