I’m trying to use my Samsung remote to control the volume on my playbar. I used the app to set up IR control but when it comes to the first step, it doesn’t pick up the volume buttons on my remote. The only button on my remote that the playbar picks up is the power button. Whenever i press the power button during the setup, it continues and says my remote is setup. The power button on my remote is being used to turn off and on my tv and apparently control the volume on my playbar. Is there a fix for this?

+18Remember the Samungs ir probably originates from the TV or Connect Box and not from the remote - if so you need a line of sight between TV and soundbar for this to work.
