Can't get my sonos system connected - can someone help please ...!!

Good evening !

 

I have bought my Sonos system in Hong Kong and recently moved to France.

I have tried several times to set it up but failed endlessly.

 

Can someone please help.

Getting really frustrated here.

Forgot to mention its a Sonos One system 

So what is its state - is it still setup for the router in Hong Kong or has it been reset to factory settings?

Does the new router/network meet the current Sonos System requirements?

Just to confirm, the only difference between a Sonos product sold in Hong Kong and one sold anywhere else is the power cord. There is zero difference in the internal electronics. 

Trying to connect my Sonia Move to  Bluetooth and when I press the button at the back I do not get a “chime”
