New router and have updated and connected all other speakers. Cannot connect the Play 3 now tho. When the App says it is discovering the Play 3 and is going to play the ID chime, nothing is heard. Then when it goes to the alternative method of having me push the highlighted button, it doesn’t recognize a button push. My guess is that I need to hardwire it to the network via Ethernet cable but I’m concerned I’ll have to redo all the other speakers again…??? 

Don’t Factory Reset any of the other speakers without further consult.

I suggest that you wire PLAY:3 to your network and try using it again. If you still can’t operate PLAY:3 you can Factory Reset (only) PLAY:3 and add it to your system. Take care to avoid setting up a new system.
