Can't connect Sonos speaker

We’ve moved office, one of our speakers connects fine - serial ************* but I’m struggling to get the other speaker working - serial ***************. Both speakers are Play:1

I’ve tried a factory reset on the speaker, then made it discoverable by pressing the play/pause and volume button simultaneously. This didn’t work as my phone couldn’t find the device.

I also tried forgetting the wifi network and resetting it up. Unfortunately, only the speaker that already connected fine was discoverable and could connect to the wifi. When I tried to add the other device, it still wasn’t discoverable.

Not really sure what to do next, would be great if someone knew what to do?

Moderator edit: removed serial numbers

Connect it to the router with an Ethernet cable and see if it adds.  Then let it update and deploy wirelessly.
