Hi

 I have a Sonos PLAY:5 Model S100 which is not found by my iPhone Sonos app despite many attempts. The Sonos speaker has worked earlier using my present router but, has stopped working.
 I have a fast internet connection and I am using a ASUS RT-AX57 router.
I have done factory reset on Sonos speaker according to the instructions as well as restarting the router. I tried both a direct ethernet connection and wifi between router and speaker without success.
 My Asus router app shows the Sonos speaker as offline.
 Bluetooth is enabled and working on my Iphone.
 What is really odd is that Sonos app (latest version) succeeds in discovering the speaker in about 1 in 15 attempts. It proceeds through the chimes but, ends with the error message in the vain of 'the product can not be connected to your account' .

What can I do?
