There is no “Play One SL gen 1” speaker.
Do you mean a Play:1 or a One SL?
Both those speakers are compatible with S1 or S2 apps, so the answer (probably) is “yes you can add that speaker as an additional room/speaker”.

Look for the “group” function to have shared music in sync in both (all) rooms. Enjoy!
+18The One SL is probably a used speaker. Be sure it is reset and then ad it to your existing system as a new “room” in the app.
