Which cable? Power, or Internet? Sonos does sell power cables, you can usually find others on Amazon.
With power cables, it not unheard of for them to need to be seated more firmly than expected. Some folks have found that simply pushing the cable in so it seats properly helps.

Sonos doesn’t seem to sell them on their own website. You haven’t said where you’re from, here is a link from US Amazon. Vebner seems to make lots of options, and it’s merely carrying current.
