I have 3 era 300’s which stopped working 60 days ago.   I have factory reset them hundreds of times , tried to delete the system , create a new account , etc , etc .    Why is this so hard ?  Why does sonos sort of manage my system ?    I should be able to delete speakers , accounts , etc from the web and app.    I feel like big brother will not let these speakers roll onto a new system.    I hate sonos ….bigtime

Reset or delete and reinstall the SONOS controller. Note that you must use a phone/pad controller to setup a system.
