Era does not have blue tooth connection  Does not connect to network 

You’ve listed two issues, one connecting via Bluetooth, the other connecting via network. 

Have you rebooted your Sonos Era speakers?

Have you tried temporarily wiring them to your router with an Ethernet cable?

Have you made sure that the device you’re trying to connect from, using Bluetooth, isn’t connected to another device already?

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
