Is sonos capable of working with a sonos amp, sonos soundbar, sonos sub and wired outdoor  speakers?

You can always group Sonos ‘rooms’. The challenge may be if you’re playing the TV input on the soundbar. If so, you’ll have a 70ms delay between the soundbar and any other ‘room’. But if you’re streaming music, all speakers will be in sync.
