My beam GEN one has stopped working. It doesn’t have any light or indication of power and will not reset.

Call Sonos support and discuss the issue, they may have some help available to replace it as long as you haven't tampered with the internals.

When you get a replacement adding a quality surge suppressor is a good idea.

Stanley,

FYI...Sonos does NO repairs...I called...only warranty replacements and upgrade of 30% off.

VERY disappointing as I have $$$thousands invested in Sonos products over 15 years.

Doubt I will EVER buy Sonos again!

Might be a good opportunity for and independent to repair Sonos...heard of anyone ?

Sonos has never offered a repair service, likely never will.

What other company offers you a 30% discount on a many years out of warranty failure?

The good news is you are unlikely to have this happen with other brands as they don't offer out of warranty help. Also their devices don't have a 15 plus year lifetime.

Put these last two on your shopping checklist and your brand options get pretty thin.
