Beam 2 and E100 does not show up on app

I bought a Beam 2 sound bar and two Era 100 smart speakers. I was able to set up a home theater system. I was gone for three months and when I came back I could not detect the speakers on the Sonos iOS app. No matter how many times I reset, the speakers are not being detect by the iOS app. Help!

Are all your speakers and the app updated to the latest revisions?

Because you’ve factory reset them they don’t exist as far as your system is concerned so you’ll need to go through the setup process again. 

Sometime it helps to temporarily connect by Ethernet cable during the setup process.
