at 500 pm everyday sonos turns on without any input from anyone

Likely an ‘Alarm’ set, in Sonos’ software, or in a third party piece of software. 

If you can’t find it after a full search you can submit a diagnostic within about 10 minutes and then contact Sonos Support with the ID number and ask them what turned it on.
