Idle Auto Disconnect is turned off and yet ERA 300 speaker shutoff and I have to unplug from the outlet and plug back in for it to reconnect.

I’m fairly sure that the Bluetooth idle auto-disconnect feature has no bearing on the Era speakers standby state? If the speakers BT pairing has disconnected and you decide you now need it again, then simply reinstate it from the Bluetooth paired device - i.e. mobile/tablet etc. Usually tapping the speaker-name in the BT device list will reinstate the pairing with the speaker.
