Arc, Sub and Era 300 are setup in a surround, however is it possible to have the 300 and the sub as a stereo without the arc, and I can name it as something random. Placement location will not changed.

No. You would have to unconfigure as surround sound, and reconfigure them as stereo and a Sub, losing any Trueplay settings in the process..
