Arc SL updates itself at 3am - STROBE light in bedroom

At 3am the Arc in our bedroom does an auto update and the WHITE LIGHT is neon bright waking us up LOL.   
We have the Status Light turned off normally.  But for updates its a 5 minute FLASHING white and orange dance party.   

Can we disable this???
