I have the base turned all the way to 10 on the Arc sound bar and when I am watching Xfinity there

is No base sound at all.  When I watch Netflix it is better.  We do not have 

a woofer.  I thought we did not need a woofer with the Arc sounder.

That sounds like a problem with the source of the sound, maybe the TV settings but not the Arc.

If you play the bad sounding audio and submit a diagnostic, then play the good sounding one and submit a second you could contact Sonos with the diag numbers and ask them to look into the issue.

You could confirm it is not the Arc by playing one of the Sonos streaming music sources through it.
