Hi All,

I’m having an issue when connecting to my Era 300 via Airplay from Apple Music. The first time I try and connect it hands for around a minute and then I get an ‘unable to connect’ message. I think try again, and it connects instantly. 
 

Anybody else having this issue and know how to resolve? It’s really annoying!

Did you try to restart all devices? Router, Era Speaker, Apple Music device. 


@Schlumpf i have several times sadly! Just really strange it tries for a minute to connect, I get the error message and then it instantly connects why I retry. So there clearly isn’t an issue with it connecting .. just doesn’t like it first time.

Really strange… what kind of device do you use to send from via AirPlay?

Are your Sonos speakers also added to Apple home? That also causes conflicts sometimes.
