App Looping on WiFi Spent $1K on new Era 300- New App Shut Everything down

Bought 2 Era 300’s last night to have friends over for sports games. Updated app and it disconnected everything. Nothing will work with new app. LOOPING on WiFi setting.

 

Spent the last hour waiting for support. No solution, not even a coupon or anything.
