My Amp has lost power. Called support and they told me to hold down button at back and plug in. This worked the first time last week but doesn’t work this time and support now offline. Don’t really understand why this now keeps happening? Everything else plugged into same extension lead fine. Changed amp in plug no luck. V confused and disappointed! Particularly by lack of Sonos support

Likely, this is a hardware issue.
However, don’t be too proud to check for silly things, such as a displaced power cord. Be sure that the power cord is fully seated in the socket. This requires more force than some users expect.
