Hi,

 

For the past few weeks by morning alarm on my SONOS ONE SL has not been playing. 
 

It did not play again the other morning so I ran a diagnostic report: 1149023650

 

Please would someone mind helping me with this?

Just to be clear for the Sonos forum moderators, since you’ve not called Support directly, is the Sonos not doing anything at all, or is it playing a chime rather that the music stream you’ve set up?


The alarm I have set is the Sonos Chime - this is not playing at all

At the time of that particular diagnostic, there were no alarms set on your One SL.

Given that, right now, your entire system is offline, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who will go through some troubleshooting steps with you in real time to get your Sonos system operating satisfactorily.
