Hello. I have a Sonos one in my bedroom. Have used it as an alarm clock, but it is now unstable and comes on 3 out of 7 days. Has anyone experienced this and what can I do to prevent it from happening again

Is this a Sonos alarm or a voice assistant alarm? I note you have put a tag of ‘Google Assistant’ on your post… if using that, then maybe switch to using a Sonos alarm instead. If playing an online resource as an alarm on the hour/half-hour like the vast majority, then try setting the alarm a few minutes before/after the hour/half-hour instead when traffic is perhaps less busy connecting to the source.
