AirPlay Volume issue

I have an Sonos One SL that I mainly use with AirPlay on an iPhone 13 but my issue is that when I AirPlay things I cannot control the volume on my phone, I can have the volume at 0 or 100 it will still be the same, I’m forced to use the touch controls or the app, how can I fix that ?

What apps are you using on the phone while using AirPlay? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

I mainly use YouTube music and Endel, I tried restarting many times
