Hello @Emilef22, welcome to the Sonos Community!
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing syncing issues while using the Apple Music App on your Macbook Pro to AirPlay to your Sonos devices.
I know that if I use the Sonos app to sync them together after having start the stream from Apple Music to only one Sonos device, it will work fine but I find this step very unpleasant because i need to do it a lot of time in a day…
Glad to hear that it’s working fine this way, which is the optimal way too, when it comes to the connections between your Sonos products.
One thing you could do is refresh the network connection, by rebooting all networking devices involved. Start with your router → Sonos → controller (smartphone / tablet - or in this scenario your Macbook Pro).
You can have a look at the below thread, as it includes some information in regards to using AirPlay on multiple Sonos devices at the same time:
Finally you can Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of reproducing this audio syncing issue and reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.
They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice specific to your system and what it reports.
I hope this helps.
Hello @Sotiris C. , thank you very much for the quick answer. I’ve already read this thread before posting mine but it doesn’t solve the problem.
Rebooting router, sonos, mac, was my first try since the beggining but unfortunatly the trouble doesnt come from that.
Already submit diagnostics to sonos and they tell me that my problem was my router (Deco XE75 all hard wired) but I’m sure it is not because all my other devices work flawlessly.
I’ve also talk with the Deco team and they are telling me the trouble is sonos :P
So I pray every day that an update can solve the problem.
