After Sonos app update issues with era 100

I bought 2 era 100 about 2 months ago and added to a new room in my house as a stereo pair.

But after the update of the Sonos app the problem started.

The speakers were not recognized in the app. I powered the speakers off, reset them and tried to re-install and connect. But in the app after many times, one was registered and one not. And the one registered is not responding if i want to stream music on it.  How to resolve is my question??
