If you have them set as two stereo-pairs you need to decide which two are the left channels and which are the right. With some room layouts it’s obvious, but with others it can give quite unsatisfying results, and 4 individual rooms/speakers set as a group gives better results.

You can ‘group’ them as two Sonos ‘rooms’ in the same physical room, but Sonos won’t allow four (plus a sub) in a single software ‘room’.

The mini-Sub will be the next challenge, once you pick your speaker arrangement, as it can only Bond to one Sonos Room. So one speaker or a stereo Pair, but not all four speakers.

Given all the possibilities and room interactions trying different options is your best bet. Use a extension cord to avoid the need to power-cycle the Sub as you move it around.
