Diagnostic No. 7461293.
We have had our sonos speaker about 2 months, had no problem with setup etc all working fine.
2 weeks ago it just stopped working, tried to reconnect following all on screen info, could not connect via wifi not recognised. prompted to connect via Ethernet cable, went through setup process via pc & windows controller, connected the wireless setup no problem, connected all other devices phones ipads etc.
Then unplugged speaker to move back into lounge, everything has disconnected with no wireless network detected?
Does not work unless its connected via Ethernet cable, so not actually a wireless speaker.
Please advise.

There have been some reports pointing to a certain manufacturing batch of PLAY:5 wireless cards. If your unit is faulty Sonos Support should sort you out. Make sure that the diagnostic includes the PLAY:5, i.e. with it wired.
