I’ve bought many thousands of pounds worth of Sonos. The new update must have been written and tested by completely incompetent amateurs.

Better companies sort things out when it’s obvious that an update is a complete disaster. Not Sonos apparently. I’m surprised there’s not a class action suit going on. Literally millions and millions of consumers spend turned into junk.

own up - you’ve messed it up. Now tell us you’re going to fix it!!

 


I don’t believe that they can. This has been going on far too long.
