I am unable to download the pdf version of the product guide for the Arc Ultra. The button seems to do nothing. Am I missing something or is ther an ongoing issue with the site?

GuitarSuperstar, You are correct. A call to their phone line revealed that they were unaware of the problem but were able to duplicate it on their end across all documents. Their tech folks are hopefully working on the issue with a correction soon.
