Volume when switching between playbar and music

When I switch from watching TV to listening to music without the TV I have to adjust the volume. The TV volume has to be much louder than the volume when I listen to Pandora. And vice versa. If I start listening to Pandora after watching TV the volume is blaring.

    A couple of questions :

    What TV make and model do you have and what is the source of the TV (Cable Box, Apple TV, inbuilt tuner, Apps etc)

    Does it happen with all sources?

    Also could you submit a Diagnostic and post the number

    TV is a Panasonic tc-l37u22, using tivo, I never change the source. Back of TV it's plugged into digital audio out. Diagnostics code is 7441040
