I just bought my first Sonos product - the arc ultra. I see Sonos has an upgrade program. Is that exclusively for older products? Just owning the new soundbar, do I not get the upgrade discount? I’m looking to buy a couple of Era 300 speakers as surrounds and hoping I can use this upgrade discount for it. Thanks for the help!

The upgrade credit is only for older generation Sonos devices. The credit is designed to encourage users to upgrade their older devices to the latest generation products.

Oh okay. So it’s more of an ‘Update to the latest device’ program than it is an ‘Upgrade your setup with more devices’ program. Got it - thanks for the clarification!
Era 300 will apparently have 20% during Black Friday event running from 21st November to December 2nd.

Ah, that should have read 20% off, so Offer Price of $369.
Black Friday Offers were posted on a Facebook group. Looked to be dealer info for Black Friday event.
To further clarify, not related and cannot be used in conjunction with the upgrade credit, as is standard with Offer prices.
