If you unplug one or both Sonos 5’s in a stereo pair or loose power, do you have to redo Trueplay?

No, you shouldn’t have to redo Trueplay after unplugging or losing power.

If you look at the speaker’s settings under Trueplay, it should still give you the option of turning Trueplay on or off which means it has saved the tuning even after losing power.
