Have tried to factory reset play one, can’t get beyond orange flashing light

 I’m trying to add play one to my network of Sonos products but getting error 1,002

 

 help please

May need to call Sonos Support and have them manually push an update to it, if it is too far behind it won’t pick up the latest version.

Have it powered on and Ethernet connected if at all possible when you call.
