Transferring Sonos to new owner

I've sold our Boost and Sonos speakers but they are associated with my email address. How can I delete my account so the new owners can create their own account? I don't want to just change the email to theirs because our usage data would be visible. I can't make changes via the App because I no longer have the Sonos equipment.

Factory reset them. Job done.

The new owner will need to factory reset them, then.
