Hi, I got the originalwireless charger today. It takes 3 hours for 0-56%. Is this normal?

According to Sonos, charging time from 0% to 50% should take 2 hours. What is the wattage on the charger plug you are using?
In the photo say “0 to 100% in 2 hours….
It depends on the USB charger you have at the other end of your wire.
Check its output. Multiply the voltage (5V) by the amperage. It will give you the watts.
Ideally, you're looking for at least 10W (5V @ 2A).
