Play 1 speakers not working in surround mode.

Hi, Have you tried adjusting the volume of the surrounds within the app? In some configurations and settings on the TV, mine can sound extremely faint, adjust them to personal preference within the app, Thanks
Are the Play 1's on sonosnet or wifi and do you have your Playbar and Sub on sonosnet. You can check what devices are using wifi or sonosnet in the controller, go to settings > about my sonos and look at each device, if sonosnet it will say WM: 0 or WM: 1 for wifi.
Sound bar and sub were on sonosnet and Play 1's were on wifi. Changed sonos channel to 11 and it now works perfectly. Thanks for the input!
