My sub is not getting power. No light …. Completely dead. Any service center in London?

Sonos themselves don’t provide service centers, although you may be able to find an unauthorized service center. Before you do so, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
