  1. Make sure YouTube Music is available on Sonos in your region.
  2. Make sure your address/region is set correctly here: https://www.sonos.com/en/myaccount/user/profile

Assuming SVC in the title of your post refers to Sonos Voice Control….

Sonos Voice Control doesn’t support YouTube. Nor does it support SiriusXM.

Looking at your profile it’s very suspicious that you joined the community on August 21, 2026. You listed your Sonos product as a Play 5 (gen1), music services as YouTube and SiriusXM none of which are compatible with SVC. So either you are just wasting our time and/or this AI generated. I’m out.

In this case, I’m going to guess svc is an abbreviation for “service”. It is a common abbreviation used in the businesses I was in.

If jgatie’s suggestions didn’t help, Sonos support may be able to. Try submitting a diagnostic (Submit Diagnostics) within 10 minutes of getting the error. Then call Sonos Support (Sonos Support) to discuss it. They may be able to see why it’s not connecting. Don’t post the diagnostic number here.
