Speakers stopped working

I have a Beam, Play 1 Pair and Sub in my living room & a Play 1 in my dining room. I use all a surround, although they are listed as separate rooms. The pair in the living room crackled yesterday and today they are not working at all. I disconnected the sub and tried to reconnect it but it says unable to connect. I unplugged speaker pair and sub for 5 minutes, turned my router off and back on and plugged the speaker pair/sub back in but nothing. The Beam in the living room is working and the Play 1 in the dining room is still working but that's all. How do I reconnect the Play 1 Pair and Sub? I have tried to reconnect on both my iPhone and Ipad but nothing works.

Thank you, diagnostic sent and contacted Support. Problem resolved, it was my router. Thank you

Hi kkroell

Speakers making a cracklng sound IMO is not good at all. May have a blown speaker or something else. Suggest you submit a diagnostic, post the reference ID in this forum and then call Sonos Tech support. Good luck!
