Hey, does Sonos pro-ject t1 work wirelessly without any other equipment with Sonos one speakers dual set?

Nope not going to work.
You need a phono amplifier and then a Sonos device with a line in which the One does not have, would be wired not wireless.
Edit if your TT is the BT version then you could wirelessly send it via Bluetooth to a Roam and on to the One’s.
