Just wondering whether the wireless charger for Roam works with the first generation/original model of the product?

The current Roam is the first generation of the product……
You do have two versions of the Roam. The Roam and the Roam SL. The SL has no microphone. There are no other differences.

+4Ah whoops Thanks for the clarification. When I bought mine I don’t remember there being colour choices (nor an SL option). But that’s just my shoddy memory apparently.

Your memory is correct, both SL and the various colours did come to market later, but all are the same generation of the same speaker. The Sonos Qi wireless charger will/does work with all of them.
