Is their a way to pair up 2 Sonos Roams in bluetooth mode?

It would depend on the sending device, and not the Sonos. There are some Android devices that allow two Bluetooth streams simultaneously, I believe, but they are rare. There is no built in ‘receive and also send out another signal’ in the speakers.
Sonos supports grouping and pairing only in WiFi mode.
