I have noticed these products being advertised (some new, some used) but having different box designs as shown on the attached. I am wondering if these are both genuine or if the white one is a counterfeit. Anyone know the answer to this please?

Working in an electronics store, I can confirm the orange-like box is the older design and the solid white one is the revised design that has been the case for the past couple of months.
The product on the inside hasn't changed. 🙂

Both look good to me, the white is the current packaging.

Thanks belly, you are more knowledgeable than the man at Sonos customer services!

Sonos employee here, happy to confirm what Jack and Belly M both said.

With the Sonos One launch, the boxes all took on a more stark white and black design.
