The “2207” in the serial is the YYMM of manufacture, so yours was made in July 2022.
As to Airplay support, no Sonos devices support Airplay 1, and all models of the Sonos One support Airplay 2.

The manufacture date is July 2022 from the serial number and the One SL has Airplay 2
The only difference with the Shadow Edition is the colour. Dark grey compared to the black of the standard edition.

So I will also assume that it’s Gen 2?
The One SL only has one generation. It has not been updated since release.
